Nick began his career as a transactional attorney with the global law firm White & Case LLP, where his practice focused on private equity M&A and other complex financing transactions. He subsequently practiced at the Washington, D.C. based firm, Arent Fox LLP, where he represented numerous sports and entertainment industry clients in financing and operational transactions including the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, Tampa Bay Rays, and BET founder Robert L. Johnson.

After several years in “Big Law”, Nick transitioned his practice into media industry representation, and has since served as legal counsel on movies and television series for media companies such as Viacom, NBC Universal, Discovery, Turner Broadcasting/CNN, Participant Media and A24 Entertainment. During this time, he has had the honor of working with industry leaders such as Dick Wolf, Robert Redford, Paul Allen, Chance The Rapper and Dr. Dre.
